Laughter is infectious, far more contagious than any cough, or sneeze.  When laughter is shared it increases happiness and intimacy, and also triggers healthy physical changes in the body.  It strengthens the immune system, diminishes pain, increases energy and gets rid of stress. “When you laugh you change, When you change the whole world changes.” Laughter makes you feel good, and the good feeling that you get when you laugh remains with you even after the laughter subsides.
